Less than 24 hour - 25% of the service total
Same day - 50% of the service total
No show - 100% of the service total
Some stylists may require a card on file, thank you for respecting our time.
All services provided by any stylist at Smoke + Mirrors, is non refundable. Our team is dedicated to creating your desired look, if your unhappy, any changes wanted need to be communicated within 72 hours after your initial appointment. Consultations are the most important part of the service, be sure to be upfront and honest about your desired look and hair history. Any damages caused from false information during a consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist or the salon.
